Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that our product meeting clients’ quality and delivery requirement.
- To ensure smooth running of daily production flow with the highest possible quality and efficiency.
- To liaise machine supplier for repairs and machine maintenance.
- To maintain quality programs such as ISO for effective production operations and ensure all written procedures (SOP)are being adhered.
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Carry out reasonable assigned duties from time to time by management.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the production is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to show leadership in leading the production team to achieve target.
- Good working attitude and ability to interact with people.
