Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Plan and lead a production team to achieve production output and quality standards set.
- Assist to manage a group of Technical Staff in their respective area of equipment maintenance to ensure good equipment performance achieved to support Operational Excellence requirements and targets.
- Responsible for daily production operations with a view to increase productivity and optimise resources available.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement plans in terms of quality and productivity.
- Responsible for the operational metrics of safety, quality, throughput & inventory, cycle time, productivity, yield & spending.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical), Polymer Science/ Technology, Chemistry or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess strong leadership skill and result-oriented.
- Familiar with the quality management system in a manufacturing environment (Specialize: Rubber & Rubber Synthetic)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
- Language : Mandarin , Bahasa Melayu, English.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
