Job Description
Talent Management and D&I:
Gain problem solving skills, project management and customer centricity experience by working on Talent Management and D&I projects for site and global rollout:
• Support D&I eLearning rollout through LinkedIn that target to all associate including LSU to complete at least one D&I learning by year end.
• Coordination works on D&I programs implementation and reporting by year end.
• Generate cloud base tracking for Succession Planning
• Create digital reporting for Site Mentoring Program
• Support D&I eLearning rollout through LinkedIn that target to all associate including LSU to complete at least one D&I learning by year end.

• Create digital reporting for Site Mentoring Program
Training & Development:
• Participating in creating and implementing training programs
• Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues
• Managing schedules, records and accounts receivable
• Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
• Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
• Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
• Resolve issues as they arise onsite
• Submit reports on training activities and results
• Recommend improvements or new programs
• Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
• Digitalize New Hire training processes

Candidate we are looking for
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin, Psychology or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases
