Job Description
- To provide operational & administratuve support to the business and to other departments
- To maintain good relationship with clients & business associates
- Prepare quotation & attend to business inquiries
- Coordinate & ensure smooth running throughout the work process
- Take care of debts collection & payroll
- To assist lady boss to run the company
- Perform other ad hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate with hands-on ability in MS Office
- Able to drive & possess own transport
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in MUAR.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
