Job Description
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, customer and other data.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Due to expand Arena Modulasi, market & clients’ needs, our associate partner of Yukim Group, they lead Arena Modulasi to undertake the recruitment activities in order to serve clients better. We provide full foreign manpower recruitment services from selection, interview, processing, to delivery of foreign workforce which helps clients to save time, cost as well as the unwanted hassle. Up to the year of 2018, We had successfully recruited foreign workers through recruitment & training central in overseas.
In order to expand Arena Modulasi further, our associate partner of Eastern group, whom specializes in properties investment, factory & Hostel building construction, & etc. by setting up us responsible for coming new hostel management for new manufacturing customers
