• Handles full set of accounts and cash flow forecast
• Promptly and timely in monthly closing and submitting of management reports
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on annual audit and tax matter
• Handles office administrative, office facility & operation related duties
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• Providing general administrative support
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3-4 years' working experience in accounting & administrative field
• Proficient in Autocount accounting system, Excel and MS Word
• Well versed in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
• Initiative, trustworthy, positive attitude, flexible and well-organized
• Be able to work independently, result-oriented and able to handle multitasking
• Good analytical skill, able to coordinate & co-operate with other department
• Candidate able to start work immediately or short notice is an added advantage
