Job Description
- HR Support
- Assist with recruitment for Temporary, Permanent and Contract Staff
- Co-ordinate interviews (eg. calling & scheduling, visitors’ clearance etc)
- Assist to prepare materials for new hires’ induction briefing
- Maintaining & updating databases and records
- Familiar with JTKSM rules & regulations
- Monitoring & renewal of medical insurance,
- Monitoring & renewal of car insurance
- Prepare equipment, materials and logistics required for training
- Familiar with HRDF application & regulations
- Application & renewal of MBJB, MPK & DBKL
