Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out administrative duties such as responding to emails and preparing documents, including office correspondence and memos.
- Answer phone calls, emails and correspondences.
- Responsible in data entry of accounting transaction.
- Responsible on any other admin job needed in office.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Positive working attitude as well as good team player.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to work independently.
