Job Description

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
  • Willing to working long hour/short notice
  • Computer literate (Microsoft excel, Microsoft word)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Based in Johor - Skudai,Johor Bahru.
  • Candidate must have own transport
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and assist in documentation works to ensure smooth running of entire sales and service department.
  • Responsible in creating quotation, generating invoices, claims and utilities, etc.
  • Handle customer calls.
  • To maintain proper filling and documentation.
  • Any ad hoc tasks when required.
