1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
2. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
3. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
4. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
5. Compiling data, report to manager.
6. Provide support to marketing department.
7. Create reports on marketing performance.
8. Assist with social media and website content.

Education and Experience Requirements
1. 1 years of administrative assistant experience, fresh graduates are welcomed
2. Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel
3. Able to communicate with Mandarin and English.
