Requirements / Responsibilities :
- Possess a Bachelor Degree/Diploma Business Administration/Accounting/Real Estate/Property Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
- Good team player, dedication, commitment and pleasant personality.
- Good skills in customer service.
- Manage all administrative works of assigned properties ie. operation, building maintenance, licenses/permits, safety & security, cleanliness etc.
- Manage handing over units to purchasers.
- Handling coordination work for defects rectification between purchasers, contractors, consultants and HQ.
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with all parties.
- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from purchasers.
- Based at Puri Residence Clubhouse, Masai, Johor.
