Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) In-charge of book-keeping, including accounts receivable / payable and all daily accounting functions + maintain proper filing of all accounting & supporting documents

2) To process all statutory payments i.e EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax

3) To maintain and generate various management records on daily, weekly and monthly basis

4) General clerical and administrative duties

5) All other ad-hoc duties as may be instructed

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1) At least a Diploma holder (can be in any discipline, those in accounting are a plus)

2) Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in related fields (we also welcome fresh graduate with right credentials including those who have assumed major leadership positions to apply)

3) Must have own transport

4) Good command of various languages (to communicate with suppliers and customers from across the society)

5) Conversant in Microsoft Word & Excel
