Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Compliance Manager to design and implement all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company policy.
- Provide training to all employees for compliance procedures and evaluate application of same in all processes.
- Manage all communication with legal and regulation departments or local authorities to maintain knowledge on all new rulings in company.
- Administer all internal audit processes and ensure successful audit of firm every time.
- Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork/report and submit to local authorities.
- Receive training and maintain all knowledge on compliance to local authorities particularly the DOE (Department of Environment), DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety & Health), and (RMCD) The Royal Malaysia Customs Department.
- Analyze all compliance requirements for various procedures and provide necessary training if required and design strategies to achieve all objectives.
- Manage all communication with various departments in an efficient manner.
Requirement
- Degree or a Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Work experience in related field will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good people skills.
- Desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
