Job Description
Job Scope
- To ensure stock availability, maintain optimal levels of stock at all times.
- To foresee supply and demand, taking a strategy approach to avoid overstocking and running out of stock
- To organize storage, using a meticulous process that involves tagging, boxing & labeling
- Data entry (sales invoice, stock listing etc.)
- To provide administration support to Sales Coordinators or Management
- To execute any additional duties ads assigned by Management from time to time
- Reporting to Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum of 1 year related working experience in any relevant field.
- Attention to detail, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Specific skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Permas Jaya, Johor.
