What will you do:-
1. Liase with internal departments, tenants and purchasers for collection on service and maintenance charges
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience.
2. Process and document correspondence with authorities, legal and matters relating to maintenance and management of the property
3. To manage and maintain timely filing and documentation system in place4. Ensure office equipment is well maintained
5. To assist Building Manager / Property Executive in assigned tasks relating to maintenance and management of the property.Who are we looking for?
Qualification:
• SPM / STPM / Diploma / Professional Certificate in any related discipline.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
