- Regularly liaise with senior management to provide feedback on office efficiency and suggest possible improvements on ongoing process
- Research new innovative ways to improve the business model through technology and resources
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity in the form of detailed reports, visualised data and spreadsheets
- Interacting and negotiating with clients and/or suppliers either on the phone or in person
- Prepare invoices for clients
- Follow-up on outstanding invoices issues on a timely basis
- Collecting and inputting company data for analysis and reporting
- Research on best practices and identify places to cut costs by providing clear supporting evidence
- Maintain employee information, allowance and claim records by entering and updating relevant data
- Work on general administrative tasks as and when assigned, such as administrative support to the different departments (Processing paperwork, filing, printing/photocopying/scanning documents, taking down meeting minutes, and procurement of office supplies, processing mails)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in administrations or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate well and work with minimal supervision
- Know how to speak Mandarin
- Reliable and honest
- Good attention to details
- Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing
- A strong team player and a confident communicator
