Job Description
Mintcare is a provider of “management and services” for Health Care Solutions/Products in the south east Asia region. Based in Malaysia and founded in 2012 by a team of Health Care Market experts. We are currently looking to hire Account/Admin to join our company.
You will play an important role, such as:
- Fully (Executive) in charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, and various administrative related duties & transactions.
- To handle HR matters (payroll, staff attendance, EA forms preparation, memo, leave/medical or other claims).
- Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
- Due to the nature of this job function, it is expected that the employed candidate will spend about half of her time on Accounts and Admin respectively..
- Any other reasonable duties per company requirements.
- Maintain proper documents filing systems for all related records, staff claim, petty cash, staff commission.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in admin preferable.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resource / Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Required language (s): English compulsory & Mandarin preferred(To deal with subsidiaries from Taiwan and Hong Kong).
- e) Priority will be given to immediate availability.
