Job Description
- Accurate data entry to accounting software;
- Prepare full set of accounts;
- Responsible for portfolio of clients and special assisgnements;
- Assist other team in preparation of Financial statements;
- Assist in GST and Corporate Tax Submission;
- Ensure filing deadlines are met;
- Communicate and liaise with broad range of accounting clients;
- Maintaining confidentiality on all clients’ information.
Requirement(s)
- Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Quickbook, Quickbook Online, Quickbook Desktop, Accounting, CCH, Reporting
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Continuous improvement mindset and pleasant personality;
- Systematic, process driven and focused on delivery of quality and timely work output;
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
