Job Description

Job Scopes & Responsibilities

• Manage petty cash transactions, daily incoming and outgoing payments.

• Prepare vendor payment, receiving invoice, and vendor statement.

• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.

• Prepare journal for the month.

• Gain & Loss for foreign currency payment.

• Filling Documents - proper upkeep and maintenance of files and documents.

• Any other ad-hoc account/finance jobs as assigned from time to time.

Key Skills and Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in the related field is required for this position.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• Candidate able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Required skill(s): Computer literate (UBS Accounting, Inventory, ERP system, Microsoft Excel and Word)

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Candidate who able to start work immediately is preferable.

• Full-Time position(s) are available.
