A) JOB DESCRIPTION
• Accounts Receivables (Issuing Sales Invoices, follow up on payments, preparing quotations/ fee proposals, etc).
• Accounts Payables (Issuing PO, verify Purchase Invoice, etc).
• Deposit cheques.
• Filing of documents.
• HR (update daily attendance and keep leave application form submitted, etc).
• Liaise with different departments for project related issues.
• Ad-hoc assignments given by Managing Director.
B) QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Autocount Accounting software, MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in construction industry/ audit firm will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru City Square Office Tower.
