Responsibilities

·  To assist in the day-to day accounting functions and operations.

·  To handle petty cash reconciliation, purchase order and budget monitoring.

·  To update fresh fruit bunch (FFB) monthly schedule, bank reconciliation and prepare monthly payment voucher(s) for supplier payments.

·  To prepare documents and payments for submission to KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & HRDF and other institutions as deemed necessary.

·  To partake in administrative works such as filling documents, monitoring insurance policy expiration dates and others as deemed necessary.

·  To support the Account Team with any ad-hoc tasks which may arise.

Requirements

·  Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

·   At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·   Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

·   Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Adda Height, Johor Bahru.

·   Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance / Investment / Merchant Banking

·   Full-Time position(s) available.

·   Possess own transport.
