Job Description
FITSON was founded in 1994 and is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) specializing in producing Mother & Baby care products with a 100% export to some of the biggest baby product companies.
What do you need do in this role:
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality, resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
- To plan and manage all store activities and ensure incoming and outgoing goods are delivered on time
- Responsible for keeping records of material usage and updating of customer’s property records
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Ensure cleanliness of Store and Storage areas are well maintained at all times by following cleaning schedule set by the Management
What do you need to have to be successful in this role:
- Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good supervision and leadership skills.
- Able to drive Forklift and will be added advantage if have forklift license.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Good command in English, Mandarin & Bahasa.
