Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling efficient operation of furniture warehousing daily activity.
- Manage the picking, packing and shipping of good accurately and timely.
- Manage the inventory at warehouse including stock return, stock damage and stock missing and coordinating the transportation arrangement and other logistic processes.
- Plan and coordinate with warehousing workers for the goods receiving and storage arrangement.
- Plan and supervise the warehousing workers for the goods loading arrangement.
- To update the receiving purchase order, receiving check list, warehouse stock card record and Inventory Control Report (ICR).
- To manage stock movement and ensure inventory and racking are properly maintained.
- Perform physical stock count and investigation for stock variance (if any).
- Container inspection and seal record.
- Monitoring container loading and seal the container after fully load.
- Update ICR, shipment report and container loading photo and send to head office on the same day.
- Co-ordinating with local transportation / logistic company on local shipment booking, prepare and handle all relevant local shipment document and ensure smooth delivery.
