Job Description

  • Require planning daily or monthly warehouse activity to ensure both stock in and out goods are well managed.
  • Lead team of store personnel to ensure all daily or monthly warehouse tasks are complete and in order.
  • To ensure all data input for products and stocks for both warehouse receiving and sending process are complete and accurate.
  • To ensure external supplier receiving process are in order.
  • To ensure daily production’s stock issuing and product receiving process are in order.
  • Involved in weekly stock ordering preparation for Purchasing Department.
  • Preparing specific reports for weekly or monthly review.
  • Plan, prepare and perform weekly inventory item random checking.
  • Plan, prepare and perform monthly stock count and prepare the report.
  • Participate in continuous warehouse improvement to increase warehouse effectiveness 

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge in Autocount software
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Possess ability to plan and execute any plan given.
  • Possess ability to provide updated data from time to time.
  • Possess knowledge in organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Able to communicate efficiently with colleague to complete tasks.

Our Executive Chef, Mr. Yap Teck Peng, has close to 50 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry of Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland and New Zealand. Both Mr. Tan and Mr. Yap believe that serving fresh, quality and authentic Malaysian Nanyang delicacies comes from the heart to ensure that our customers enjoy the best taste of Nanyang.
Managed by a team of passionate individuals devoted to preserving and promoting Malaysian Nanyang cuisine, our chain of restaurants have since expanded locally as well as globally across Indonesia, China, and Australia; bringing delicious and quality cuisine for the enjoyment of our customers.
