Job Description
- Responsible for company's training program and activity, set up classroom training, prepare training material and training schedule.
- Responsible of training Modules Development, including curriculum, design the structure of the course, in class facilitation settings & activities.
- Conduct trainings for regions, answering questions and encourage continuous learning.
- Develop criteria for assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Collect feedback after every training, evaluate the effectiveness of training and prepare training report.
- Identify potential problem, evaluate the content provided and improvise the training delivered.
- Continuously improve and update the content based on feedback given and new SOP.
- Responsible for the promotion and promotion of the corporate cultural concept (molding, maintenance, development and dissemination).
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Good communication and expressive skills, and the ability to organize teaching cases and make full use of modern teaching equipment.
- The ability to mobilize the atmosphere, the ability of case analysis, the ability to learn, the ability to renew knowledge and ideas, and to enrich the new theories and cases in the course.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Prefer presentable, charismatic and well-groomed candidates.
- Willing to travel across region, prefer candidates that possess own transport.
