Job Description
- To handle sales orders processing, shipment monitoring and on time delivery of promotion SKU to distributors.
- Responsible to monitor of all sampling support materials, such as premium, sampling stick, sampling cup, apparels and so on.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling of all POSM costs.
- Liaison with designer on designs of materials or samples.
- Ensure all POSM well prepared within the stipulated time frame.
- Liaison with respective departments in ensuring business objectives are met timely.
- Provide MAR preparation, support on packaging amendment, report preparation, weekly PI tracking, PRSH shipment tracking, HSC inventory, order and forecast report.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economic and relevant fields.
- Preferably multilingual and ability to read/ write in various languages as require to communicate with various countries such as Singapore, China, Hong Kong & so on.
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft applications & Power Point.
- Willing to travel.
- Good personality and think positively.
