- Analyst job descriptions based on Client needs
- Maintain & develop a good rapport with Client
- Prepared recruitment materials & advertised to job portal/social media etc
- Source potential candidates through company database & online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Arrange & coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Recruitment, Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
