Job Description

• Carry out everyday morning meeting with production staffs.

• Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

* Manage workers on the production line, ensuring they all work together as a team and follow protocols/SOP given.

• Training the team of workers/operators on safety and quality assurance standards, ensuring that health and safety regulations are meet.

• Responsible for the procedures or protocols that are used in the food manufacturing process.

• Assisting the Production Manager in planning production schedules and manpower for specific projects.

• Actively involved in trial run and line expansion projects, assessing project and resource requirements.

• Determining quality control standards with QAQC Department.

* Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

• Overseeing production processes from front to finish product for running efficiency.

• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary especially with Planning Department.

• Ensure the entire related document such as CCP and related document bin are well implemented effectively.

• Selecting, ordering and requesting materials collaborate with Warehouse team

• Organizing the repair and routine with Maintenance Department of production equipment for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

* Investigate problems, analyse root causes and define resolutions.

• Supervising the work of assistant supervisor, leader, and junior staff.

• Organizing relevant training sessions according to re-equipment.

• Make sure be analytical and innovative, solves problems, and improves existing methods and processes. The self-driven specialist is a collaborative team player who communicates ideas excellently.
