Job Description
IOI Pan-Century is a member of IOI Oleochemicals Group, wholly owned by IOI Corporation Berhad, a very successful and dynamic conglomerate with major interests in Plantations, Properties, Leisure, Oleochemicals and Specialty Fats. We are a long established leading player in palm oil related products and activities, which comprise of refining, as well as production and processing of Oleochemicals and Soap Noodles. Due to continuous business growth, we are inviting suitably qualified candidates for the position mentioned below.
Job Requirements:-
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, or in related industries.
- Mature - preferable age of 30-40 years and above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software and familiarity SAP application is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess a strong analytical mind, capable of planning, strategizing, problem-solving and leading others.
Job Description
- To maintain minimum stock for spares and chemicals jointly with Store Executive.
- To ensure that goods receiving procedure are being followed.
- Involve in monthly stock take for spare parts; LPG; Industrial cylinder gas; packaging materials and process chemicals under Store location.
- To check and prepare the outgoing returnable gate pass item as per procedure.
- To issue materials to the user’s as per procedure.
- To transfer and dispose rubbish scraps and scheduled waste as advised and as per procedure.
- To raise purchase requisition for stock & spare items; reservation and work request as and when required.
- To ensure receiving of process and non-process chemicals as per procedure.
- In the absence of Fieldman; the Store Supervisor will assume the function of Fieldman.
