Job Description

Spray Division

To check the quality of the 'greenware" from the precedent process, coated them with layers of glaze before the firing process

To ensure the quality and thickness of the glaze costing met the product specification

To ensure no "crawling", "undercoat", "thin spot", and other quality issues

Epoxy Paint Division

To check and brush-off the glaze coating at 'defect spots"

To coat the "defect spots" with epoxy paint

Check to ensure the remedial work met product standard
