Job Description
- To lead supplier negotiations, recommend supplier selection and encouraged continual improvement.
- To design appropriate reporting and monitoring mechanism that clearly highlight cost savings achieved by category/ supplier and validate supplier perfomance and concerns.
- Responsible to source and negotiate from both local and oversea vendors.
- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- Advise internal and external parties on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions, delivery lead times, minimum order quantities and payment term.
- Awareness of Policy & Objective Company (QMS & EMS)
- Awareness of RBA Code of conduct , CSR & IEC QC080000, Hazardous Substances Free (HSF).

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree.
- Professional Degree, Master's in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equipvalent.
- Required Skill (s): MS Office - Excel, word is a must.
- Mandarin speaking preferred as need to liase with China customer.
- Good interpersonel and communication skill.
- Team player and positive problem solving approach.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related Field is required for this position.
- Independent and result oriented.
