Job Description
- Searching and looking for new supplier.
- Sourcing material that meet company’s specification
- Negotiate prices with approved sources to obtain high quality, lowest possible cost material that meet product’s requirements
- Maintaining good business relationship through clear, direct, and timely communications and feedback.
- Set up Supplier data and list & do analysis report
- Prepare monthly summary report of materials in KG or Cost.
- Update daily record of material
- Any ad hoc job as and when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A self-starter and must be a team player.
- Initiative, good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, organized, and multi-tasking.
