Job Description
- To supervise site operations to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.
- Able to schedule, supervise and control-subcontractors including the coordination of day to day site activities
- Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants, other M & E services
- Responsible & able to work independently
- Assist on ad hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned
- To assist and monitor sub-contractor on work progress
- Daily records of all site activities, including information on labour and plant, any non-compliant materials and/or workmanship
- Identify problematic design or site issues, and providing possible solutions
- Possess with own transport and willing to travel
