Job Description
Job scope:
1) Ensure all construction works by contractors are done accordance to contract specification in good workmanship practice.
2) To check discrepancy of the construction drawings.
3) To ensure all personnel at site comply to safety regulations.
4) Prepare and submit daily report of site diary, and weekly progress report.
5) To monitor closely main contractor work schedule and ensure contractor timely completion for every stage of construction works as per work schedule.
6) To present during joint inspection, discussion, & site meeting between consultant representatives and contractors.
Requirement:
1) Education level : Bachelor’s Degree (Civil & Sturtural)
2) Required Computer skill: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project
3) Required Language: English, Malay
4) Must able to read & understand construction drawings
5) Knowledge and involvement in Architectural and M&E works are an advantage.
6) Specific Project Involvement : Warehouses / Factories / Industrial Buildings / Processing Plants
7) Working Experience : 5 years and above
