Job Description
Shop Officer (Johor – Batu Pahat)
Responsibilities :-
• Manage day to day store and oracle operations
• To establish and maintain good rapport with internal and ABOs
• To provide excellent customer service and warehousing
• To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the warehouse
• Supervise and regular checks to ensure stock control policies are in place to avoid stock loss
• Hands-on store inventory management and accountability
• Product Return and Repairing
• Safeguard the shop reputation
• To answer phone call from ABO/customer
• Back up return counter when necessary
• Loading and unloading
Requirements: -
• Minimum SPM certification with 2 years relevant experience
• Able to communicate in both written and verbal for English and Bahasa Malaysia language; able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Oracle knowledge is an advantage
