Job Description
• Prepare quotation, sales order and other related documents.
• Visit customer regularly especially existing customer
• Perform customer service, identify customers need such as new installation, routine service, additional services, repairing or breakdown.
• Follow up with customer for all services by answer or make a phone call, write or reply email of customers and visit customers.
• Handle simple paperwork.
• Perform others related duties and activities assigned by Head of Department/Manager
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outdoor sales experience will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English language is essential.
• Possess own transport.
• Transportation and phone allowance will be provided.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Able to work in i-Park, Kulai, Johor.
