Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine and build the training system, at the same time supervise and implement the training system in the company.
- Evaluate training needs for all department and determine the training management programme for the department.
- Prepare various training plans according to the training target and budget for each department and get approval from the management.
- Determine and provider the suitable speaker for the internal training team.
- Organize and develop the internal training system, reduce training costs, and improve the quality of the training in the company.
- Follow up for the progress of the training programme and evaluate after the programme ended.
- Handle training report and report to the management.
- Provide consultancy for the employee training and development to the person in charge of the department.
- Maintain good relationship with the external training agency.
- Responsible in arranging and scheduling of various tasks in the department
- Responsible in recruiting, assessment and training in the department.
- At least possesses Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related courses
- 5 years of working experiences in training , 3 years of working experiences in training management role
- Familiar with internal and external training
- Experienced in 5-star hotel management/ franchise management
- Have the experiences in setting up SOP for a franchise
- Customer-oriented
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Good in interpersonal skills
- Responsible and serious in his/ her work.
