Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of account.
- Responsible of preparation monthly creditor payment, claim.
- Ensure all expenses, supplier payment release on time.
- Checking monthly supplier invoices and ensure timely posting in ERP system.
- Responsible for Fixed Asset inspection and monitoring.
- Assist in Inventory count process.
- Process intercompany billings and reconciliations
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Ensure all financial transaction are updated and recorded.
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to the team on technical (accounts related) and soft skills plus supervision of junior staff.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
- Good communication, independent, analytical skills.
- Fast learner with positive attitude.
- Able multi-task and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated personality with a mature attitude and ability to work independently.
- Able to start to work immediately or within short notice.
