Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote & sell products/services to existing & prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis of existing /potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop & maintain positive business & customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems & complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve, agreed with sales targets & outcome within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members & other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities & potential for new products & services.
- Keep abreast of best practices & promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Looking for those who are based in either Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor or Penang.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level
- Able to start work immediately
- Confident, responsive & attentive to the customer needs.
- Highly motivated & TARGET DRIVEN with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent in selling, communication & negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Management skills and openness to feedback
