Job Description
- Assist sales team on sales processing such as identify lead opportunity, quotation preparation, quotation follow up.
- To do detailed costings for new project part.
- To maintain relations and quality of subcontractors.
- To work closely with internal departments to solve any quality problems, output problems, delivery problems.
- To report to Sales Manager any feedback internally for customer to change delivery dates, technical specifications etc.
- To liaise with customers/vendors, engineering team to ensure top quality product to be delivered to end customers.
- Coordinate with procurement department to ensure deliver on time.
- Provide support to ensure administrative task and project progress are properly recorded and tracked in the system, and report regularly on project status.
- Coordinate with technical department to ensure job, reports, or order smooth delivery.
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in both read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
