- To attend walk in and call in potential customers’ inquires. Compile and provide required information or documents to customers.
- Promote product and give sales consultation, recommendations and suggestions as and when needed.
- To assist in property promotion material such as Press Ad, Brochure, Leaflet, Bunting & Banner.
- To provide information regarding to financing package available and legal fees calculation.
- To assist in preparing the marketing tools.
- Newspaper cutting and filing.
- Arrange security service and cleaning work for show house.
- Coordinate and provide Marketing / Sales support for succession of Marketing events.
- Conduct all market survey, feedback on market need and latest trend in market.
- Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or Property Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in properties sales & marketing field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Independent, strong organization skills, ability in priorities & multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skill and dynamic personality
- Willing to travel, work on weekends and Public Holidays
