Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales and marketing team to ensure smooth fulfillment process and deliver the best possible customer service to consumers.
- To achieve company's target revenue monthly and goals.
- Track and provide the analytics report from time to time for the online traffic and sales revenue, then propose the development plan to increase the sales revenue.
- Knowledgeable & Hands-on on the whole process of online sales and marketing.
- Manage and deliver superior conversion led search optimization to drive digital platforms sales.
- Evaluate, track and report the success of projects/campaigns.
- Strong presentation, skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business plan for profitability and company’s
future growth.
- Ability to influence people and the world around you with positive energy.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Required Skill(s):
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing or any related field.
- Candidate must have at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales and Marketing role especially on digital platforms.
- Excellent leadership qualities to manage the sales and marketing team.
- Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
