Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities
- Compiling the list of referral partners such as Architects, Town Planners, Real Estate Agents, Project consultants based in Melbourne
- Initiate cold calls to referral partner and pass warm leads to the Melbourne office
- Collate feedback from referral partner and report to office
- Building out campaigns and funnels on social media channels
- Creating content for various social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, WeChat Linkedin)
- Creating e-marketing materials when requested from the office
- Copywriting in construction newsletter
- Promote our construction services to our referral partners
Qualification & experience
- Degree Marketing/Sales
- Knowledge/experience in social media digital marketing by managing paid and organic social media campaigns
- Sound knowledge of residential construction industry
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Experience in cold calling/ prospecting
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Understand Aussie culture and have some basic knowledge of the Australian affairs
- English & Mandarin speaking preferred
Software application
- AirTable, Zoom, Slack
- Good Adobe Creative Suite experience and other design tools e.g. Canva
- Must have own laptop
