Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • To ensure sales team achieves sales target set by the management.
  • To implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • To actively source for new prospects and to follow up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales target are achieved.
  • To assist the manager in sourcing for database and sales opportunities to achieve the sales target.
  • To attend all prospects and all forms of sales enquiries.
  • To execute all sales activities (roadshows, launching, etc.).
  • To update and compile relevant sales data and report timely.
  • To liaise with financiers, solicitors, purchasers and sales agent on sales and loan documentations.
  • To ensure all sales and credit administration processes / documentations are completed within the timeline.
  • To perform any other duties or ad-hoc task assigned by the superior and the management.
Job Requirements:
  • Preferably candidates with Diploma, Advance Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Candidates with SPM qualification but with relevant sales experience are highly welcomed too. What's more important is your passion to do sales and your determination to earn high income from commissions!
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing particularly in property development related industry.
  • Must be a sales-oriented person.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (verbal and written).
  • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Able to work independently, possess good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and willing to work on rotation basis.
