Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To reach out and present Lyreco service solution to the business at the designated territory area assigned to you and ensure we become one of the preferred supplier to our customers’ choice
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Do daily door-to-door canvasing in designated area assigned to you
- Winning new customer accounts through strategic business development planning
- Do door to door prospect visit
- To understand prospect purchasing needs and present most suitable pricing and quotation offer
- Initiate account creation for prospect using our internal sales tool
- To achieve monthly sales margin and target given
- Servicing existing customer according to the company set schedule to ensure their needs are being attended to professionally
- Provide full purchase and business dealing information to prospect customer to ensure proper business dealing understanding is established
- Any other relevant adhoc tasks assign to you from time to time by the management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- Positive thinking / Never say never
- Team oriented character, able to achieve individually and contribute to team’s achievement
- Aggressive, Dauntless, determined to achieve
- Strong mindset, able to work under pressure
- Resilience, able to self-motivate consistently
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin, English
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, Listening skill, Selling skill
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - B2B industry or equivalent
