Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales documentations such as sales & purchase agreement, loan agreement, billings and other relevant documents.
- Attending to purchaser/customers enquiries.
- Planning, marketing, sale and renting of the properties.
- Forecast and budgeting sale and preparing sale reports.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a certificate, Diploma or Degree in the related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Proactive and able to multitask.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
