Job Description

Plans, solicits and promotes Personal Financing-i Products through effective communication and marketing skills. Sales driven mindset to achieve the assigned target.
  • Promotes Personal Financing-i products to selected organizations and segments.
  • Conducts product briefings, talks & marketing activities at respective organizations.
  • Pro-actively executes sales plans and manages potential customers.
  • Builds good rapport with branches & other relevant stakeholders.
  • Participates in sales activities and prepares sales reports.
  • Ensures confidentiality of customer information and compliance to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Degree/Diploma/Professional qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing.
  • Good sales, marketing and analytical skills.
  • Independent and results oriented.
  • Knowledge of banking industry and consumer banking products & services will be an added advantage.
  • Strong initiative and desire to meet and exceed sales target.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
