Job Description
【Job Responsibility】
- Responsible for sales channel and local market development, assist the group leader to complete the phased development summary plan, ensure a certain number of visitors for events and achieve sales target.
- Responsible for customers reception, including project introduction, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and customer maintenance, etc. to ensure the completion of performance indicators.
- Participate in sales knowledges and skills training organized by the company, pass the assessment and evaluation, and other daily public affairs assigned by the Sales Manager.
【Job Requirement】
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience with excellent performance, or financial and insurance industry sales experience, abundant sales channels and customer resources.
- Good negotiation communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and hardworking.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients and supervisors.
- Possess own transport and accommodation.

- Flexible working hours, 4 days work at sales gallery, 2 days work from home.
