Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective counselling service to students.
- Attend counselling events in multiple states during recruitment periods and attend school events to build awareness.
- To maintain close links with stakeholders in the industry such as education institutions, other agent partners, and counsellors.
- To maintain good product knowledge, industry knowledge and market trends.
- Research colleges, universities, and companies to develop leads and refer to the appropriate sales representative.
- Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
- Other related tasks as required.
Minimum Qualification:
- Able to communicate and write fluently in Mandarin, English and other languages
- Good sales and closing abilities to recruit students.
- Have strong awareness, emphathy and interpersonal skills suitable in building relationships with students and parents.
- Hungry to achieve results, excellent work ethics and able to take on a steep learning curve.
- Familiar with social media coverage, such as Facebook, Instagram and etc
- A great team player
- Willing to travel
