Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, facilities management, strategic sourcing, travel logistics, staff claims, schedule management and departmental liaison.
- Prepare management report
- Prepare sales report
- Working closely with GM and the team for managing diaries, booking rooms follow up, travel arrangements for the department, correspondences and minutes taking.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when require.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborate teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills
- Well verse in Microsoft office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
